Instant Replay Guard v1.3.2

  • Restored the public download flow so GitHub, the website, and the updater feed all point at the portable InstantReplayGuard.exe build again.
  • Restored VirusTotal publishing and linked the public release metadata back to the exact shipped executable.
  • Hardened release automation so an existing GitHub release tag cannot be overwritten unless the deploy is explicitly run in repair mode.
