Small update to add Keyboard controls to switch between CCTV feeds

Small change to allow a configuration to be automatically picked up from "standard" location if not provided in command line parameters

V1.0 A simple reolink webcam application

I no longer need the Windows app to view my reolinks (or a nasty mess using vlc and rtsp bridges). I can now use this application to display the live video feeds on my linux desktop
