Changes since the fork point: package/plugin/service renamed to dsh-dashboard (ctx.dashboard, legacy ctx.betterSidebar alias kept), collapsible one-line composer with animated fold, sticky thinking-block collapse affordance, incremental model-requests table rendering, bottom panel extends across the conversation and trajectory columns while the right sidebar is collapsed, panel toggles relocated into the session header.
