Problem to upload configuration csv file

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to upload a configuration CSV file to DICE (Instagram configuration). When I click “Test CSV”, I consistently get this error:
Could Not Load CSV. Could not parse CSV with the detected or selected delimiter. Try a different delimiter or check the CSV format.

Initially, I assumed my CSV formatting was incorrect. I spent several hours troubleshooting (checking delimiters, encoding, BOM, line breaks, etc.). To rule out formatting issues, I downloaded the official sample CSV from the DICE repository and tried uploading it without editing it but I received the exact same error.

A few additional details:

1. I’m using a semicolon (;) as the delimiter (as in the sample file).
2. The file is UTF-8 encoded.
3. I tried hosting it on GitHub and then pasting the raw file link into DICE.

Given that the official sample file doesn’t work either, I’m wondering:

1. Is there a specific CSV format or encoding requirement beyond what’s shown in the sample?
2. Does DICE support loading CSV files from GitHub raw links?
3. Are there known issues with delimiters, multiline fields, or special characters?
4. What might the causes of this error?

I am sorry for the bad user experience you had. Can you share your csv with me (feel free to send an email in case you don't want to share it publicly. I will then have a closer look at it and try to find the source of the problem.
