Initial release of TQSleepNet.
This release contains the core model implementation of TQSleepNet
(Multi-Scale Temporal-Token Query Network for sleep staging), including:
- MSTA: multi-scale temporal aggregation (tokenization)
- GCMF: gated cross-modal fusion with shared cross-modal attention
- SQD: stage-query decoder
- Bi-LSTM inter-epoch context modeling
- Label-smoothing training losses
Code accompanies the paper "TQSleepNet: Multi-Scale Temporal-Token Query
Network with Shared Cross-Modal Attention for Sleep Staging".
