New Features
useQuoteTotals() hook returns the quote's current QuoteTotals, with actions.recalculate() to refresh them.
useQuotePdf() hook with actions.reportPdfStale() to signal that a buyer interaction changed the quote and its PDF needs regenerating. data.canReportPdfStale indicates whether reporting is currently allowed.
