v1.1.0: a reviewed Peekr!

This version is a milestone in the repackaging of Peekr.
It now uses Vite, CI tests, and the JS code for the demo is now part of the package.

Things are not perfect, but I hope you will like this release.

• Assisted calibration to set calibration parameters easily.
• Cleaner README.md to build the app.
• Changed rollup configuration to run the app in one command.
• If the dot goes outside of screen, display in blue.

• Adds an automated build & deployment to GitHub pages.

• The UI code is now part of the module.
