Hermex 1.1.1 native Android release artifacts (version code 31).

The APK and AAB are signed with the permanent Hermex release key. Keep using
this signing identity for every future update.

Upgrade note: 1.1.1 installs directly over production-signed 1.0.x builds.
GitHub APKs from 0.2.7 and earlier used a debug signature and may still require
uninstalling the old app once before installing this release.
