2.3.2 contains two bugfixes:

• Fixes a bug where checking if a list of IPs is within a CIDR range fails
• Allows for fields with literal dots to be matched on if they're in the root of a dict:

Before:

>>> Expression.parseString('a.b == "foo"')({"a.b": "foo"})
False

After:

>>> Expression.parseString('a.b == "foo"')({"a.b": "foo"})
True
