ChoirLauncher 0.2.0-rc8

This release fixes ChoirLauncher's game-build compatibility policy.

What changed

• Detects the installed Songs of Syx version from game/VERSION.class without loading game code.
• No longer blocks legitimate patches or older game builds solely because their SHA-256 checksum is not yet catalogued.
• Keeps JAR and executable checksums as useful diagnostics and known-build labels.
• Preserves structural safety checks for the game directory, JAR, executable signature, and reparse points.
• Uses the detected game version for mod compatibility analysis when available.
• Keeps the integrated launcher-settings editor fail-safe on schemas that are not validated yet.

The Windows installer is currently unsigned. Windows may show a SmartScreen warning; verify its SHA-256 against SHA256SUMS.txt before running it.
