Fix battery UI warning styling and update lockfile

• update the lockfile to publish hydebar 0.1.2 while pinning cfg_aliases 0.1.1
• relax several global lint allowances to keep legacy modules warning-free on stable toolchains
• ensure the battery module renders the warning indicator with the themed danger color and align iced task batching formatting across modules
