• Automate packaging and releases
  Adds the BigWigs packager on tag push, gated behind the existing verify step
  so a build that does not parse never ships. CurseForge, WoWInterface and Wago
  are wired up but inert until both their token and their project ID exist.
  The TOC version becomes @Project-Version@ and is stamped from the git tag,
  which removes a manual step that had already drifted twice. sync.ps1
  substitutes a dev marker locally so the placeholder never reaches the addon
  list.
