FreshCtx 0.4.0 adds an opt-in, read-only Stripe Subscription adapter for revalidating selected authoritative subscription fields at the action boundary. Credentials remain process-local, persisted evidence contains fingerprints rather than raw selected values, and validation fails closed as UNVERIFIABLE on unavailable or invalid responses. Existing adapters and compatibility defaults remain unchanged. Includes a bounded stale-webhook example and Python 3.10-3.13 CI coverage.
