When editing account and password turned on, icons appear very large

Describe the bug

When editing account information in wagtail interface and passwords are turned on, the show password svg doesn't appear to work/is very large

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable WAGTAIL_PASSWORD_MANAGEMENT_ENABLED, WAGTAILUSERS_PASSWORD_ENABLED, WAGTAILUSERS_PASSWORD_REQUIRED
2. Go to /admin/account/

Expected behavior

Not sure, but not this!

I believe I have a fix for this in #4845.

We have a custom password field template that uses tailwind and alpine that does not work in Wagtail admin.
