Release list
StorageLens 1.0.7
StorageLens 1.0.7 supports Fabric on Minecraft 26.1.2, 26.2 and 26.3.
- Add a dedicated 26.3 target with the new RenderPearl texture types and SDL keyboard backend while retaining shared behavior across all targets.
- Bundle the official MoulConfig 26.3 source port from pinned revision 4eaeb73cdaeb, with verified source download, reproducible builds, distinct keyboard/mouse bindings and correct Fabric access-widener discovery.
- Preserve existing search bindings when upgrading from GLFW to SDL by storing stable key names and migrating legacy numeric values.
- Keep release jobs on GitHub-hosted Ubuntu; install JDK 8 for MoulConfig common sources and JDK 25 for Minecraft builds.
Validation: full three-target builds and existing JUnit tests; separate Fabric smoke runs for each version verify production mixin application, MoulConfig linkage and rendering pipeline initialization. Gameplay on a live Hypixel server was not tested.
StorageLens 1.0.6
StorageLens 1.0.6 reduces stuttering when closing chests.
What changed
- Closing a chest no longer compresses and writes all remembered island chests
and storage pages on the game thread. - Changed observations are saved in the background after a short delay, with
pending saves combined so only the latest contents are written. - Unchanged observations skip serialization, and open containers avoid repeated
item-stack copies when their contents have not changed. - Pending saves finish before profile changes, cache clearing, and shutdown to
preserve profile isolation and prevent cleared data from reappearing.
Available for Minecraft 26.1.2 and 26.2 on Fabric.
StorageLens 1.0.5
StorageLens 1.0.5 fixes storage refreshes and duplicate armor ownership in Item Search.
What changed
- Opening an Ender Chest, backpack, or other supported storage now replaces its
cached contents, including when another mod displays a custom container
overlay. - Empty slots are recorded during refreshes so removed items no longer remain
in search results. - Equipment and wardrobe references remain searchable but no longer increase
owned item counts or estimated value. - Equipped armor and its matching wardrobe entry are treated as the same item,
while genuinely separate copies still count separately. - Removed the stale-data
!marker from item locations.
StorageLens 1.0.4
StorageLens 1.0.4 fixes duplicate ownership and stale storage locations in Item Search.
What changed
- Loadout items remain searchable but no longer increase owned item counts or
estimated value. - Museum items that have been borrowed and are held elsewhere no longer appear
as stored in the Museum. - Moving items from Ender Chest or backpack pages into the player inventory now
removes their old storage locations immediately.
StorageLens 1.0.3
StorageLens 1.0.3 fixes stale container results in Item Search.
What changed
- Opening an Ender Chest, backpack, Wardrobe, or Equipment page now removes
items that are no longer there, including items from emptied slots or pages.
StorageLens 1.0.2
Full Changelog: v1.0.1...v1.0.2
StorageLens 1.0.1
StorageLens 1.0.1 fixes the Item Search keybind opening while another screen is
already in use.
What changed
- The Item Search keybind now works only during normal gameplay.
- Inventories, container screens, signs, chat, and modded search fields no
longer trigger StorageLens while typing or interacting with them. - The
/storagelens searchcommand remains available for deliberate access.
StorageLens 1.0.0
StorageLens 1.0.0 focuses on making item tracking more reliable in real
SkyBlock mod setups. This release fixes a few bugs found while using
StorageLens alongside SkyHUD and other inventory-screen replacements.
What changed
- Fixed Ender Chest, backpack, Loadout, Wardrobe, and Equipment observations
being missed when another mod replaces the visible container screen. - Fixed equipped armor from the active Wardrobe slot being counted as a second
owned armor set. - Improved local storage observations and regression coverage across both
supported Minecraft versions.
Thanks for testing StorageLens and reporting the rough edges.
