BetterSleepTimer v1.1.0 — Release Notes

Highlights

• Live volume percentage in the fade banner
  The in-player banner now shows the current fade curve output as a real-time % value.

• New banner sub-toggles
  Under Show banner, you can now independently control:

  • Show time left
  • Show volume percentage

• Immediate toggle behavior (no refresh needed)
  Banner visibility and sub-toggle changes now apply instantly while fading.

UI/UX Improvements

• Simplified banner layout for better readability.
• Smaller, cleaner stat blocks with reduced spacing.
• More transparent banner background for less visual distraction.
• Stats now use compact icon + value presentation.
• Sub-toggle section now collapses when Show banner is off.

Fixes

• Fixed delayed behavior where the main Show banner toggle required a page refresh to reflect changes.
• Improved live banner re-render logic so toggle changes are reflected reliably during active fades.

Installation (from release zip)

Release asset: BetterSleepTimer-v1.1.0-chrome.zip

1. Download BetterSleepTimer-v1.1.0-chrome.zip
2. Extract it to a folder on your machine
3. Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode (top-right)
5. Click Load unpacked
6. Select the extracted folder (the one containing manifest.json)
