Windows portable package

Download JourneyAIEngineer-v0.1.0-windows-x64.zip and verify it with SHA256SUMS.txt before extracting. The portable package stores runtime data under %LOCALAPPDATA%\\JourneyAIEngineer unless JOURNEY_DATA_DIR is set. It does not include a Git clone; use the source clone when you want to edit lessons or push learning artifacts to GitHub.

Windows SmartScreen may show a warning because this first executable is unsigned. The checksum verifies file integrity; it does not replace code signing.

Scope

v0.1.0 is local-first and single-user. It does not provide hosted accounts, public progress sync, cloud deployment or a paid AI API. Those boundaries and the v0.2/v0.3 roadmap are documented in the repository README.
