Troubleshooting

Transfers are not happening

1. Open the Warband Bank on the character. Transfers run when the bank opens.
2. Check Settings: auto-deposit or auto-withdraw must be on.
3. Check the character is not paused on Targets.
4. Check the confirmation setting. A prompt may be waiting.
5. Run /wba process to force a pass.
6. Withdrawals need enough gold in the Warband Bank.

Weekly income looks wrong

Run /wba weekly and /wba debuginfo and compare the reset time with the in-game reset. Include both outputs in a Reporting Bugs report.

A tab is missing

• Goals only shows while a savings goal is set.
• Guild Banks only shows with two or more synced guild banks.

Text overlaps or is cut off in another language

Report it with a screenshot. See Localization.

I see a Lua error

Install an error display such as BugSack, reproduce the problem, and copy the error into a report. See Reporting Bugs.

Starting over

Use the Danger Zone in Settings to clear statistics, the ledger or Token history. To wipe everything, close the game and delete WarbandAccountant.lua from your SavedVariables folder.
