Added

• Symmetric "GPU fallback" preset + CQ fields in Settings → Video (libx265 section), matching the "CPU fallback" pair. Lets libx265-first users pin specific NVENC settings for when a GPU-capable worker picks up a libx265 job. Worker now also only forwards main NVENC defaults when default_encoder is nvenc — mirror of the libx265 side.
