Fixed

• "Saved by Library" no longer shows two rows for case-differing historical paths (e.g. downloads + Downloads from a directory rename). Fallback labels are normalized to start with a capital when entirely lowercase; mixed-case names (M2T2, TV1, user-set labels) untouched.
