Fixed

  • "Reorder native language to first audio stream" toggle was entirely cosmetic — the field had no model definition, no DB default, no GET wiring, and no PUT branch, so saves were silently dropped and the worker's missing-row fallback always returned True. Now fully wired through the standard model → DEFAULTS → GET → PUT → cache-invalidation pipeline (issue #11). Default preserved as on; users who want the native track left in place can now actually turn it off.
  • keep_native_language save did not invalidate the worker's in-memory cache, so changes only took effect after a container restart. Added to the cache-invalidation set alongside reorder_native_audio.
