Fixed

• "Detect all unknown" now covers the whole filter, not just loaded cards. The count came from files whose tracks were loaded in the browser (expanded cards), so it showed e.g. (8) against a 1,440-item filter. It now runs across every title in the active Unknown-language filter — count and action match what you see — with a confirmation first (a large filter with image subs can take a while).
