Fixed

• Empty "NO SUBS" placeholder subtitles can now be cleaned up. A forced or unknown-language subtitle with ≤1 cue (the junk placeholder some releases ship) is now flagged removable on scan, so an audio/sub cleanup strips it across a whole season instead of always keeping it as a forced track.
• Unchecking a locked (forced / keep-language) subtitle in the detail panel is now honored. Cleanup derived removals as "not-kept AND not-locked", which silently discarded an explicit untick of a locked track; it now removes any track you've unchecked.
