Fix crew factories: remove manager_agent from agents list - #19

Newer crewai rejects manager_agent in both agents=[] and manager_agent= params. Remove from agents list, keep only as manager_agent parameter. Fixes all 5 factories: portfolio, branding, mobile, ctv, performance.
