issues.jsonl had assume-unchanged flag set by bd, preventing git from tracking status changes. All 8 Phase 1 beads plus buyer-6io (linear TV) now correctly reflected as closed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
