Fixes

  • Android: Fixed an infinite restart loop when monitorNetwork is enabled by guarding against initial network detection being treated as an "interface change."
  • Android: Fixed a race condition in the asynchronous state machine where restart() could fail because a pending cleanup task would cancel the newly initiated connection attempt.
