eMule 0.72a preview (Windows x64)

Portable Release x64 build of community eMule 0.72a plus local stability fixes from branch fix/windows11-restore-and-kad-thread (commit d538d41).

No installer. Language DLLs are not bundled; copy lang from an existing eMule install next to emule.exe if you need a non-default UI language.

Fixes included (high level)

• Restore/foreground existing instance on second launch
• Bounded / validated WM_COPYDATA link handoff
• Hardened ed2k/magnet token parsing
• Null-checks on failed worker-thread creation (incl. Kad index load)
• Disk IO / bandwidth worker startup–shutdown hang guards

Usage notes

1. Fully quit any running eMule before starting this build.
2. Back up %LOCALAPPDATA%\eMule\config and your Temp *.part.met / *.part.met.bak files.
3. Extract to a new folder (do not overwrite Program Files 0.50a).
4. Do not run this and an older eMule at the same time — they share config, ports, and Temp.
5. Keep the old install until you are happy with this preview.
