This is the initial release of the ESS Comprestimator Tool (v1.0.0)

For maximum compatibility, the tool is distributed as an archive containing the uncompiled comprestimator source and the ESS comprestimator python script. To run the tool, follow the instructions provided in the attached instruction guide:
