PocketFeeds 0.1.1 fixes feed refreshes appearing to do nothing.
Changes:
- START now keeps REFRESHING visible until the request finishes.
- Failed or rate-limited refreshes clearly report that cached posts are being shown.
- Cached feeds older than 30 minutes refresh in the background.
- Comment-tree fallback requests are strictly limited so they no longer exhaust Reddit's anonymous request limit as quickly.
- Existing feeds, comments, and community favorites remain compatible.
