Add errors handling to inputs not fulfilling device constraints

Some inputs x for the pipeline will give errors in the simulations when the graph coordinates don't fulfill the device constraints (distance between nodes, to the center, etc.. )

We need to handle those errors, so that it's clear what is happening to the users.
