Metadata fix so Cursor's marketplace can ingest the plugin. No change to tools, skills, or rules — anyone already connected to https://ifttt.com/mcp needs to do nothing.
- Root
.cursor-plugin/marketplace.json— this repo uses Cursor's multi-plugin layout, so the plugin manifest lives atplugins/ifttt/.cursor-plugin/plugin.json. Cursor's ingester reads the repo root first, found no manifest there, and saw no plugin at all. The new root manifest maps theiftttplugin toplugins/ifttt. plugins/ifttt/.mcp.json→plugins/ifttt/mcp.json— the filename every published Cursor plugin uses, and the documented auto-discovery path. Contents unchanged: a remote HTTP server athttps://ifttt.com/mcp.- Validation —
scripts/validate.mjsnow checks the marketplace manifest (unique kebab-case plugin names that match eachplugin.json, sourcepaths that resolve to a real plugin directory, no unlisted plugin directories) and rejects manifest fields outside Cursor's published schema. CI covers the new paths. - Docs — README, AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md,
llms.txt, and the plugin README describe the two-level manifest layout.
server.json stays at 1.0.0: com.ifttt/mcp is published in the MCP Registry and the hosted server is unchanged. The ClawHub skill stays at ifttt@1.0.0.
