New:

  • Added --bambu_rec_ndr option. This option generates an extended annotation filtered using the NDR threshold recommended by Bambu. This annotation can be found in the final/bambu folder. It also uses this threshold during the filtering process, instead of the default NDR threshold (bambu_threshold)/
