Adds a DeepSeek agent on the backend Worker that picks its own tools to look things up; it ships switched off, so the chat students use is unchanged.

• The agent decides when to search the knowledge base, search the web with Tavily, or match exact keywords
• Three built-in skills: campus navigation, comparing dorms, and finding dorms by criteria
• Failed tools are retried or skipped for a direct answer; users in China can be served via SiliconFlow
• A new import script loads crawled pages and their embeddings into Supabase
• Off by default: maintainers turn it on after setting up Supabase, embeddings and search keys
