• Discussion of "Framework" specification and "Solution/Profile" specification refactoring

Action Items

• Eldon/Tom - Meet with HL7 O&O FHIR group to determine location structure for device associations
• Eldon - Incorporate Jacob’s text and examples into CP-DEV-018 branch/PR
• Jacob - Review patient identity source of truth text in the profile and identify clarifications or expansion on guidance or additional requirements
• Jacob/Eldon - Clarify text on locations and their meaning in the context of PCIM (location at time of association and disassociation vs current location). Be sure to reference MEMLS, etc.
