Notes

• Fall 2026 Connectathon registration deadline extended to June 15.
• Discussed pros/cons of adding Order ID to PCIM messages. Discussion of SDC SystemContext and clinical context management overall. Concerns were raised about the interplay/overlap, future of what PCIM vs PIV looks like.
• Proposed a use case or two that we can go over in detail to explore what adding an Order ID to PCIM might look like.
• Discussion of PIV light vs PCIM and how it might address resistance to implementation of full PIV bi-directional solution in global market.

Action Items

• Tom/Matt - Develop use cases with step by step flow down to the PCD transaction level to review in a future meeting.
