Fixes

• Keep inline image bodies out of extension session storage by publishing lightweight, page-bound references.
• Generate bounded thumbnails on demand and retrieve original image data for downloads with content identity verification. Do not copy inline image bodies into download history.
• Migrate legacy inline image records to rescan-required metadata while preserving audio/video and capture state.
• Add conservative session-storage quota recovery, bounded observation history, and explicit storage-exhaustion messages.
• Include the settings floating-window layout fixes for constrained viewports and dirty-state footer changes.

Install / update

Download FoxFetch-v1.0.2-Beta-chrome.zip, extract it into a permanent folder, and load that folder as an unpacked Chrome extension. For an existing unpacked installation, finish all downloads/captures/merges, back up and replace the old loaded folder contents, reload FoxFetch in chrome://extensions/, and refresh affected pages. Confirm version 1.0.2.

The ZIP is the same tested local package previously delivered, with SHA-256:

Verification and limitations

• Type checking and production build passed. Four isolated browser tests cover HTTP/HTTPS large-image decode/thumbnail/original integrity and dark/light settings layout.
• All 1,900 unit tests passed across 183 test files. The obsolete fixed-version unit assertion was updated to check package/manifest version consistency.
• This is a prerelease. Logged-in image/video download and merged-output acceptance on the affected installation remains outstanding. Reloading may clear session storage; test fresh visits to large-image pages rather than relying on a low post-reload usage reading alone.
• Pending-network queue deduplication and independent periodic cleanup are not included in this release.

本版修复内嵌图片正文占满会话存储的问题：资源列表改用页面绑定的轻量引用，按需生成缩略图、读取原图下载，并处理旧记录。包含存储容量保护和此前的设置浮窗修复。

更新前请等待下载、捕获和合并结束；解压后完整替换原加载目录，重新加载扩展并刷新相关网页。此版本为 Beta 预发布，尚需本机真实下载及音视频输出验收；不包含待确认网络队列去重及独立周期清理的后续修复。

Download and install

Download FoxFetch-v1.0.0-Beta-chrome.zip. Open chrome://extensions/, enable Developer mode, and drag the ZIP from your file manager onto the page. Chrome extracts it automatically. If this fails, extract the ZIP into a permanent folder, choose Load unpacked, and select the folder containing manifest.json. Keep that folder in place while the extension is installed.

GitHub's automatic Source code archives are not ready-to-load installation packages.

This version retains its Beta designation and is listed as the latest release on GitHub. Download only content you own or are authorized to download. Site availability, browser resources, and server verification can limit downloads. FoxFetch does not bypass DRM or paid-access restrictions.

Licensing update

FoxFetch's own code is now licensed under GPL-3.0-only, including the original Beta code. The tag and existing assets are unchanged and predate this notice. See LICENSE and COPYRIGHT.md for the grant; include both when redistributing the original snapshot. Third-party licenses remain in effect.

下载 FoxFetch-v1.0.0-Beta-chrome.zip。打开 chrome://extensions/，启用开发者模式，从文件管理器将 ZIP 拖入该页面，Chrome 会自动解压。如无法安装，再将 ZIP 解压到固定目录，选择加载已解压的扩展程序，指定包含 manifest.json 的目录；使用期间请勿删除或移动该解压目录。

此版本保留 Beta 名称，并在 GitHub 上标记为 Latest。仅下载你拥有或获准下载的内容；网站可用性、浏览器资源与服务端验证可能限制下载。FoxFetch 不绕过 DRM 或付费访问限制。

许可更新

FoxFetch 自有代码现采用 GPL-3.0-only，包括原始 Beta 代码。已有标签及附件保持不变，生成时间早于本次声明。授权见 LICENSE 与 COPYRIGHT.md；再分发原快照时请附带这两份文件。第三方组件继续适用原许可。
