v0.5.1 - New Targeter Section UI

NOTE: This version still has the bug for specifically 1.37.5+ and thus the dlls are removed. New version up in a few hours.

This new version has a new targeter UI with a much easier time selecting who to target. Picture is below. Also has several defenses against that bug that prevents the score submission from happening. If you ever notice something like that, or even better find a consistent way to reproduce it, please contact me asap. I have a pretty good idea what is causing it but it is very hard to reproduce (pretty sure it's 2 separate threads interacting badly that is causing the issue).

My discord is imightbeaperson, any feedback good or bad is welcome.
