Reverts the changes introduced by merge #343 (
5a7e305), which bumpedcakephp/cakephpfrom 4.5.9 to 4.5.11.This restores
cakephp/cakephpto 4.5.9 incomposer.lock.Done via
git revert -m 1 5a7e305(no history rewrite).
