- update CACHE with latest main branch
- cache working with iob-soc with if_gen and main branches merged
- update LIB submodule - use manual addressed swregs
feat(swregs): use fixed swregs
Add `autoreg` field.
- remove redundant software functions. These functions are already generated in iob_cache_swreg_emb.c
fix(sw): remove redundant functions
- update python configurations for cache tests
- fix makefiles after LIB removed sim-test target by default
fix(test): update sim_build.mk with tests
