Add Linux UART16550 validation tests#11

By setting UART_DEMO=1 when launching 'fpga-run' target (along with RUN_LINUX=1), SoCLinux will launch the minicom_uart_demo.txt minicom script to validate the uart16550 peripherals with the 8250/16550 Linux driver. Also, fixed small CACHE_DEMO issues.
