2.0.1 adds cached pagination for oversized results and fixes request handling.

• Retrieve complete results with get_cached_result using returned page cursors, without additional API calls or credits.
• Enforce request timeouts until response-body reads complete, and reject oversized batches before calling the API.
• Fix cache collisions and field selection, and identify failed bulk inputs.
• Return structured errors, reject unknown arguments and redirects, and redact credentials while preserving valid JSON.
• Upgrade the MCP SDK and proxy-addr, refresh the Docker base, and include linked documentation in packages.

The default bulk limit is now 250 inputs. Split larger requests into batches. Unknown arguments now fail validation before an API call. Node.js 22 or later remains required.
