v1.0.2 Performance improvement

Raycast optimisations, should be down about 10-15 times lower than previously. Moved some per-frame work to only happen a set number of times per second. Bugfixes for plugin audio slots not being refreshed and GM diagnostics turned off by default. Use with mod version 1.0.2 to test improvements.
