Add the alternativePersistentId as part of the dataset object as an optional parameter

What inspired the request?

• Dataset summary, continued dataverse-frontend#115

As part of the Citation Metadata we need to display in the frontend the alternativePersistentId if applies. We need that the js-dataverse defines this field as an optional parameter of the dataset object.

What existing behavior do you want changed?
