Remove Extraneous Columns from Dataset Version

In Version 4.2 of Dataverse we established the TermsOfUseAndAccess table. Fields on this table used to reside on the DatasetVersion table. To complete this process we should remove these unused columns from the DatasetVersion table

These are the columns that should be removed:

availabilitystatus, citationrequirements, conditions, confidentialitydeclaration,
contactforaccess, depositorrequirements, disclaimer, fileaccessrequest, license, originalarchive, restrictions, sizeofcollection,
specialpermissions, studycompletion, termsofaccess, termsofuse
FROM datasetversion;

Here is the alter table sql statement to drop the columns (I'm waiting for an appropriate branch to put it into the upgrade script:

alter table
datasetversion
drop column availabilitystatus,
drop column citationrequirements,
drop column conditions,
drop column confidentialitydeclaration,
drop column contactforaccess,
drop column depositorrequirements,
drop column disclaimer,
drop column fileaccessrequest,
drop column license,
drop column originalarchive,
drop column restrictions,
drop column sizeofcollection,
drop column specialpermissions,
drop column studycompletion,
drop column termsofaccess,
drop column termsofuse;

If we care about the space being taken up by this table we should run:
ALTER Table DatasetVersion
Rebuild;
after dropping the columns.
