Reported by a user via Sonia:
If deaccession all (published) versions of a dataset when there is a draft, the draft can no longer be deleted through the UI since the edit button is no longer rendered. User can access the draft version and can publish, then deaccession that version. It happens even outside of any review workflow.
This appears to be an issue with rendering the edit button only since you can delete the draft version through the API.
