refactor: theme architecture for clean separation of concerns

• Convert theme.rs to pure resource provider with OnceLock-cached font/brush - Add resolve_mode(), get_app_font(), set_window_frame_theme(), get_dark_brush() - Add Controls::update_theme() to centralize component theme updates - Add set_font() methods to ActionPanel, HeaderPanel, StatusBar - Remove obsolete functions from window.rs (~125 lines) - Update all files referencing ThemeManager to use new function-based API
