refactor: centralize Win32 theme message handlers (DRY)

  • Add handle_standard_colors() to theme.rs for WM_CTLCOLOR* and WM_ERASEBKGND - Refactor window.rs, settings.rs, about.rs, console.rs, dialogs.rs to use centralized handler - Fix Light Mode text background artifacts by returning WHITE_BRUSH - Clean up unused imports across all files
