feat: add toggle to process or skip hidden and system files" -m " - Added 'Process Hidden & System Files' setting in the File Handling tab (enabled by default). - Updated scanner to check for FILE_ATTRIBUTE_HIDDEN and FILE_ATTRIBUTE_SYSTEM flags and skip them if the setting is unchecked. - Bumped AppConfig version to 12 to support the new process_hidden_files boolean field. - Plumbed the setting state through AppState, worker, and scanner functions
