Changes

feat(ui): implement instant dynamic UI scaling and fix icon rendering

  • Added new scaling options
  • Implemented real-time dynamic rescaling without requiring app restart using EnumThreadWindows and EnumChildWindows.
  • Fixed a GDI resource bug where icons disappeared during scaling by deferring DeleteObject until after new font handles are fully mapped and applied via FontMap.
  • Triggered automatic layout recalculation and WM_SIZE propagation to parent window.

  2. Run as Administrator (required for WOF compression)
