Changes

fix(ui): apply dynamic DPI scaling to all dialogs and layouts

• Wrapped window dimensions with crate::ui::theme::scale() in all modal dialogs (About, Settings, Shortcuts, Watcher, Console, Force Stop, Context Dialog) to ensure they resize correctly at 125%+ display scales.
• Updated show_modal_singleton in base.rs to automatically scale the provided width and height.
• Fixed overlapping text and icons in ActionPanel by properly distributing vertical layout constraints between the label row and the button row.
• Adjusted horizontal and vertical layout coordinates in SearchPanel so controls don't clip at higher DPIs.
• Applied scale() to hardcoded font heights in the About and Shortcuts dialogs to prevent text from rendering outside the window boundaries.
• Fixed dynamic scaling application in Settings so the main window resizes fluidly without cutting off the UI.
